Tonight, we introduce a new acro class concept. 1 part acro conditioning, 1 part acro vinyasa flow.
At Acro Gym, we have heaps of fun playing and building whole body strength, flexiblity and mobility through a range of interactive drills and skills using just our own and others bodyweight. Perfect for improving our acro senses and overall fitness. We then move through an acro vinyasa flow, with spotters, called out like in a yoga class where we transition between acro postures we are familiar with but in a way that, over time, will solidfy the basics and make new moves oh so much more achievable.
